PSP Flare (originally PSP Flow*) is a new type of psychoacoustic compressor, which provides exceptional volume stability without the usual side effects associated with heavy compression.
Developed with input from post-production engineer Paolo Pasquariello, PSP Flare uses a psychoacoustic approach,
inspired by advanced post-production technologies to subtly maintain track level consistency.
Thanks to this, the sound remains naturally dynamic without noticeable compression effects.
Although it was specifically designed for film and TV/video post-production,
its unique behavior can provide superior results in almost any application,
and it’s great for leveling out elements in a dense mix.
